How To Make A Complaint

A complaint must first be made to the head of the department in question. If nothing is done about your complaint, then you may:

Write to the Public Defender and include the following information:

  1. Your name and address;
  2. The name of the authority you are complaining about;
  3. All the facts about your complaint, including the date;
  4. Any facts to show how you will support your complaint.
